Heiress Paris Hilton is in trouble again after a man who reportedly filed a restraining order against her, accusing her of “numerous sexual assaults.
In the hand scrawled legal documents obtained by website TMZ Hollywood, Ramiro Benitez is based Hilton has threatened him, both sexually, physically and financially, metro.co.uk reports.
Benitez wants protection for his 14 years of age, and her seven-year-old niece and requires that the court ordered Hilton to keep 100 meters away from him at all times, including his home, workplace, school son and his car.
Among other allegations of a claim Benitez is reported that Hilton has paid people, including members of his family, to play “games” with him and prevented him from getting a job.
Your request for a temporary restraining order was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court last week, but a judge denied the request.
