Didi Benami – Talks about moving to Los Angeles, she is a girl and the artistic / a dreamer. Her mother says that her needs were high, Mom is out of support in Los Angeles. Didi sings “Play with Fire” – Randy said it was one of his best performances. Ellen said it sounded great. Kara liked the intensity and darkness that brought the song, said it was two steps in the right direction. Simon said he is beginning to show the artist who wants to be and said he has been a fan of hers.
Casey James – said his parents divorced when he was young and his mother raised him. Casey was hospitalized and her mother worried, but said before he spoke buzz, so she knew she was right. Casey’s family is musical too. He sings “It’s All Over Now” – Randy said he is back he loves Casey and said he is back. Ellen said it was fantastic. Kara said tonight was a rock star, said the song was his soul and showed better performance. Simon said he looks great and sang very well, but thought it was like a performance audition.
Lacey Brown – grew up in a small town, with a support family. His parents are pastors and the father explains how shy, but take on Idol and is so proud. Lacey sings, “Ruby Tuesday” – Randy said he was pleasantly surprised and said he held it together. Ellen comments on her movements, said he is a fan of Lacey. Kara said he had problems with hitting the notes and think you can do better. Simon said she performed as an actress, said the song was good, but feels he must stop Overthinking.
Andrew Garcia – more talks about how his father is a musician and singer; father thought Andrew would be a keeper! Dad is proud. Mom is quiet. Andrew sings “Gimme Shelter” – Randy said he loves the song, loves Andrew, but it was dark, and not great. Ellen said it was his best performance yet and I loved it. Kara said it was a song about the war and wanted to feel that, but most of the time I felt the connection. Simon is in the center, said it was better in tests and something that did not quite connect, but hopes Andrew survives another week.
Katie Stevens – Mom says it’s a happy, loving boy, Katie says she was shy when I was younger, but his mother says he’s a ham. Then drag mom video of Katie singing at a wedding … yuck. Katie sings “Wild Horses” – Randy said he sang well and thought it was a good performance. Ellen said she started to pitch, but said it was incredible, once got into it. Kara said he liked how Katie made several variations of Nice on the melody and it was better than last week. Simon said it was the week when he chose only one song strong, said it was a smart choice.
Tim Urban – grew up in a family of 10 children who play football together and their parents, said Tim recently was mistaken for a girl. Tim enjoying his time in the spotlight. He sings “Under My Thumb” – Randy said it was strange and not like, said it was strange. Ellen said she felt like being in a resort and said it sounded great, but not seduce her. Kara says he applauds him for doing something different with the song, which was endorsed. Simon said he had no work and said fans would convert Stones TV.

Ellen thought it was great that sounded great. Kara said is growing faster than anyone else and getting better, said growth was enormous. Simon said he likes Lee as a person, said that his personality shines stopped him because the thought that he chose a safe, a song to forget, but has an incredible voice.
Paige Miles – his father died when she was young and his mother raised Paige. Paige grew up singing in church and his mother discovered he was very good. Paige sang “Honky Tonk Woman” – Randy said he did well with it, liked it. Ellen said she used the stage and said he had great presence and sounded great. Kara said that did much for the voice problems this week. Simon said he did great and some notes of great success, he says he has absolutely connected yet.
Aaron Kelly – said his mother has been a great influence music has been the passion of Aaron and his mom said he was born to do this. Aaron sings “Angie” – Randy loved the tender moments in his performance and said it was hot. Ellen thought it was a such a great song choice for him. Kara said it was very powerful, very well. Simon said he chose the right song and said it was one of the strongest performances of Aaron.
Crystal Bowersox – said his father has supported and assisted him in concert, he began writing when he was 10 years old. Oh, she wrote a song for her father and brings him to tears. Crystal sings “You Can not Always Get What You Want” – Randy said it was not his best performance, but he loves her and she is always, and did not disappoint.
